修复死锁bug

当通过zk-cursor启动的时候，第一个Event类型是TransactionEnd，那么txState变为2的触发条件不仅仅有ddl和dcl，clear方法中isTransactionEnd的判断应该放到txState.intValue() == 2的后面，否则将导致死锁
